Key Responsibilities

ERP Transformation & S/4 Hana Migration

• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP S/4 Hana implementation, including data migration, code block enhancements, and process standardization.

• Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to define requirements, validate configurations, and support testing.

• Drive change management and training for accounting teams during system upgrades.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes leveraging ERP capabilities and automation tools.

• Support initiatives for embedded analytics, real-time reporting, and AI-driven enhancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Finance leadership, project managers, and external system integrators to ensure successful ERP deployment.

• Provide insights and recommendations for finance transformation roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience.

• Experience with end-to-end accounting processes including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and financial close.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4 Hana or similar platforms.

• Proven track record in ERP upgrade projects, including data cleansing, blueprint design, and testing.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, statutory compliance, and internal controls.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, Universal Journal, and embedded analytics.

• Experience with automation tools and AI-driven finance transformation.
