Employment Information

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise outlet staff to achieve sales and service targets.

  • Plan staff duty rosters and manage performance.

  • Monitor sales performance, inventory, and daily cash flow.

  • Maintain outlet cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.

  • Coordinate with HQ on promotions, stock orders, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Retail, or related field.

  • At least 2–3 years of retail or F&B management experience.

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays (as required).
